Etiquette Classes

Social I and Social II (Pre-Cotillion)  Grades K-4

We encourage,inspire, mentor and teach your child the skills needed to become a contributing member of the community. Students will be empowered to confidently navigate through any environment with the tools they acquire from our many programs. A special emphasis is placed on laying a foundation of good manners and leadership skills.

We are devoted to the development of poise, confidence and a higher level of self esteem in our students.

Our hope is that parents and children experience immediate positive change and come back time and time again for our many levels of instruction.

This social education class includes instruction on the following topics:

  • The ABC’s of Table Manners
  • Host/Hostess and Guest Duties
  • The Dos and Don’ts of Dining
  • Thank-you Notes
  • Meetings and Introductions
  • Etiquette of Public Places
  • Self-esteem and confidence building

Fun and informative role-playing exercises help to reinforce our confidence-building program.

Social I High School

As you begin your high school career and start thinking about a college it will be important for you to be familiar with the subject matter covered in this class. The program we have designed is geared toward enriching your dining skills and basic interpersonal skills which will enhance your image as you choose to further your education or land your first job.

Our high school Social I class gives you the opportunity to practice dining etiquette with your peers in a fun atmosphere.

Other skills taught in this high school class include:

  • Proper introductions
  • The art of toasting
  • Correct handshakes with eye contact
  • Telephone skills
  • Common courtesies

Collegiate Program

The Etiquette School collegiate programs are especially designed for college age students, university organizations and businesses hiring the new graduate. Professional Business Savvy and Professional Dining Savvy are adaptable programs for athletic departments and teams, technical apprentice students, career services offerings, student government, student affairs clubs and organizations. These programs prepare the collegiate young person to bridge the gap between school and career with confidence and enjoyment. Each course is tailor designed for time frame, content and student organization.

High School Leadership

The High School Leadership classes are designed for students wanting to gain the leadership edge and emphasizes the necessities of the first impression in interviewing for college entrance and the first job. Classes are interactive with role playing exercises geared towards fun and practice. Topics include:

  • Job Interview Etiquette
  • Dining Etiquette
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • The Etiquette of Public Places
  • On The Job Success
